Acronis 10 Home - Email Backup Crash

Hi everyone,

I am running Windows Vista Ultimate (MSDN final released) along with Mircosoft Office 2007. I just installed TI 10 Home and whenever i try to use the quick settings "Backup My E-mail", backup starts and then crashes. Regular file backups works fine.

Any clue what may cause this ?

Here under XP Pro and Office 2003 the same problem.

This is a problem for everyone with V10 and has acknowledged by Acronis Support as a bug to be fixed in the next release of V10.

when can we expect to hear about a fix for this vista problem? I was told that 10 worked with vista and was counting on that for an update I did today. I am getting a kernel but at generic.c line 115 when I try and boot the recovery disk.
