Hide Ip software
Can anyone advice me on a good and working app concerning this issue ?

Smarthide has been moved to open beta so give it a try and report your findings. You will need to register for the beta here - http://www.smarthide.com/beta/registration.php and the details will be sent to you via email or p.m. Sure there's still some bugs to work out but the speed is very good compared to other proxy products.
