Default TI Home 9

Have been using TI 9 successfully to clone a duplicate HD backup for best part of 12m. However, I now get "operation cancelled" error between hitting enter to begin clone process and screen going to clone mode.

Clone seems to complete OK but I ma concerned that I now get this error message which has not previously ocurred.

Any input from the experts?

Thanks

Hello profitxchange,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

We are sorry for the delayed response.

First of all, please make sure you use the latest build (3854) of Acronis True Image 9.0 Home. To get access to updates you should first register your software.

Please also download the latest version of Acronis drivers, install it and see if the problem persists.

You may also have a look at this previous post that should answer your question.

Thank you.
