Default HIHACKTHIS.EXE's log file?

could someone pls help me interpret the HIJACKTHIS.EXE
log file...what do keep and what to remove??

pls seee attached log file.

Welcome to Wilders!

Your log looks very clean. There seems to be only one entry needing to be removed (and that is an orphan entry). Please close out of all programs/windows and select and fix the following;

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)

You should be good to go now
