The changelog is written in Chinese.
Let me try to translate it. 1. add a plug-in, filereg. English help file for filereg is included. 2. small change in the kernel (doesn't mention the details) 3. minor menu modification. |

Although it's an English version, the main help file is still in Chinese. Meanwhile, the icesword helper which is inside the cooperator archive and able to work independently is still in Chinese.
