Unhappy TI 10.4850 rescue disc trouble

high,

just downloaded TI 10 to use its rescue cd for backups:

- after booting from cd to full and moving the mouse (ps2 or serial, usb not testet) the system (various DELL Optiplex systems) crashs and reboots

- if serving by keyboard and want to write a image to network: crash and reboot when choining a network computer

- usb cdr not found

result for me

absolutely unusable

call to support in germany: "this number is not registered"
call to company-number: busy or none goes to the phone
supportticket on the website - no answer (OK, it is only 2 hours ago)

Does it work if you select safe mode?

Have you tried the TI9 trick fo F11 then when the quiet command pops up type in acpi=off noapic

Depending on your motherboard and BIOS they may still work.

Try adding acpi=off nousb after pressing F11
