Default Option to Freeze snapshot missing

Just bought FirstDefense-ISR version: 2.14 build: 121 after a 14 day trial.

An excellent product but on my version (LeapFrog) I cannot see how to Freeze snapshots.

What am I missing or misunderstanding? Any help much appreciated.

Hello coquetview

Welcome to Wilders.

I would do a search in the help file for freeze and needed info. The freeze option shows up if you click the "action" menu at the top of the First Defense window.

coquetview, it appears to me that you are also missing the Archives tab. I think that you are using the older version; archives and freeze are on my Raxco build 166.

Hi Ronjor & Acadia,

There has been a happy ending.

I contacted Raxco UK, who very promptly, send me a link to download Raxco build 166.

Very much appreciate your help on this matter.
