Default Process Guard and AnyDVD

Do theses apps not work on the same pc?

Ever since I've installed AnyDVD on my PC I get blue screens at random and frequent, causing a hard reset. If I set Process Guard to disable the crashes stop, and note that I have given AnyDVD.exe full access in Process Guard.
