PC-Clean by netpia

Just an update to what I've discovered.

I've been testing this software as I couldn't get anyone to try it or who has experience with it. searches for problems or bad reviews did not turn up anything that would suggest a rogue program. I've installed it on a test computer and have scanned with the following. trendmicro on-line scanners and cwshredder. sophos small bussiness anitivirus. Bo-clean. windows defender beta 2 and also mcafee's online scanner also ran sophos anti-rootkit detector and scanned with IRClean from diamondcs. all reported nothing suspicious. the program does have an oddity in that it places an icon in the control panel which you can double click and turn off country selection I assume this is for searching? also you can disable the active watch to just run in on demand mode. the advanced tabs have the BHO tabs and startup tabs for monitoring as well as temporary cleanup of IE and temp items etc. If someone else would like to try this program and let me know what they think or discover I think others can benefit from the information. thanks
