Problem With IIS When NOD32 is installed

I am having a problem with nod32 trial version i had installed the trial verson of NOD32 and after that my IIS server is not working and i am not able to run my .net program. if i un install NOD32 than IIS is working fine. I am having Operating System WINDOWS 2000 and I am using Microsoft.NET2003 to make software and for that i need IIS Server installed but NOD 32 is blocking the IIS server.

So Plz some one can solve my problem.

try disabling IMON by clicking the Quit button in the IMON panel and restart the computer.
