Default Problem : "Operation has completed with errors"

Hi,

We have the Problem that when we want to restore an Image an error appers at the end of the restore. A popup appears with the following message "Operation has completed with errors" .

On this message when you press details you see an eventlog which shows errors on the oem24.inf anf oem27.inf. On this errors he said that he couldn't analyse the files and skip the files.

The source machine (on which the image was created on) was an old PC(P3). Because we use also sysprep from Microsoft. In sysprep its better to take an old one because you don't have to install additional hardware drivers.

The destination machine is a DELL Optiplex GX 280 with an SATA HDD on it.

We have Acronis True Image 9.1 Workstation with Universal Image

On both applications we have the last buildnumber.

I don't know why the message allways appears
Maybe you have any idea ?

Thanks
