Default AMON causing problems.

I have narrowed down a problem with installing the recent Excel 2003 update to a conflict with AMON. If I have AMON running, the update takes a very long time to attempt to install and eventually fails most of the time. If I do not have AMON running, the update is quite a bit faster, and is successful all the time. I'm using FDISR to test installing this update, and have tried it multiple times with and without AMON.

AMON is also causing problems with creating snapshots in FDISR, seems to be causing my CPU to spike to 100% when attempting to copy or move files. These 100% spikes usually last around 10 seconds.
