No you can not unfortunately. Just your C: drive or partition.

FDISR only works on the system partition in order words your primary partition [C:].
But you can store Archived Snapshots on any other partition than [C:], including external harddisks, DVD's and CD's and of course you can restore Archived Snapshots back in a new snapshot on your system partition [C:] and make them bootable again.
You can not boot from an Archived Snapshot.
The maximum of bootable snapshots is 10 on system partition [C:]
The number of Archived Snapshots is unlimited as long there is space enough.

Let me be the one to ask...why do you partition? What is it that requires you to partition that could not otherwise be accomplished, say by foldering?

Why would partition to chose between Nod and KAV. That is what FDISR is all about.

Don't understand what you mean.
If you choose NOD32 above KAV it's a personal choice.
If you choose for multi-partitioning, it's often a personal choice.
That's what both have in common : personal choice.
That's what I ment.
