Default Update notifications not closing

I am using 5 user Enterprise Edition of NOD32 on a Windows 2003 Standard server. The server's screensaver ispassword protected. It can be days or weeks between logins by someone physically at the server. When one does you see a bunch of update popups for the updates that have been done since the screen saver password mode had come on. Is there a way of having these popups disappear when the screensaver is running in password mode without affecting any messages produced by say a manually run update etc?

I find that if I have to work on the server I have to click on each one of these popups to close them down. The "Automatically Close Message Windows" is set to 300 seconds on the server's installation.
