Default Licence renewal?

I have just got a notification from Aspect (UK) saying that my licence (1st) expires in 30 days.
I also have a 60 day addition for the participation in the survey.
I have e-mailed them, but why didn't they know.

Hi DavidCo, please eMail sales @ eset.com with a link to this thread and they should be able to sort it out for you.

Let us know how you go...

Cheers

According to records, my license expires on 7-17-06, but so far, have not received any kind of popup notice. How far in advance should I receive notice?

I think it is 14 days prior to expiry.

Cheers

Hi PatG/Blackspear

It's actually 10 days prior to expiry and should then pop up every day, giving a link to visit for renewal (until expiry or it is renewed).

Alternatively, you should be able to renew from US website (I see you are based South Alabama) www.eset.com if less than 30 days to expiry.

Thanks Alan, I knew it was more than a week but wasn't certain exactly how long.

By the way, welcome to Wilders

Cheers

Gosh Guys, thanks for the valuable info! No one values info until they really need it and sincerely appreciate the input. Will be watching for the popup!
:-)
