Default Trueimage Server 8.1002

hi,

The emergency CD will reboot the server when scanning for drives (after hitting "make image"). Drive c: goes ok but drive d: with 1,3TB will make the server reboot. Any hints?

Server is DL380 G4.

Havent´t found any later release as 1002.

Please note that the latest build of Acronis True Image 8.0 Server for Windows is 1018 and you can download it here. To get access to updates you should first register your software.

Please create a new bootable CD with the latest build and see if the issue persists. If the issue persists, please explain your step-by-step actions which you took that led you to this issue. Also please tell us where did you try to store the image to?

Sorry but the Link you posted leeds me to a download site (https://www.acronis.com/enterprise/my/products/) that does not supply a Trueimage Server 8 1018 download (only 1002). See:

SN: xxxxxxxx Registration date: 2006-01-12

Last available update: build #1002, 2005-11-23. Get update.
Changes:

Added dynamic disk support to command line
Better hardware support
GUI fixes

Hello clembo,

I believe you use the German version of Acronis True Image 8.0 Server for Windows if so then 1002 is the latest build.

Please create Acronis Report, Windows System Information and Linux system information (sysinfo.txt) as it is described in Acronis Help Post. Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.
