Default Trojan Horse Generic QRX ?

Trojan Horse Generic QRX ?
My scan says I have this and I can not find any information on how to get rid of it. Has anyone had this or heard of it? If so can someone tell me how to get rid of it.
My IE is acting funny too, I usually use Yahoo as my homepage but now when I click IE I get a blank page with about.blank. I have went thru the internet options and changed it back to yahoo but it keeps doing the same thing.
I can not do any searches from yahoo but I can thru msn . This is not making any sense to me ..
Can someone please tell me what to do ?
TIA

Hello,

Looks like u have a few issues so my advice would be to post a HijackThis log over at this site,

http://gladiator-antivirus.com/forum...howtopic=10517

for analysis and possible malware removal instructions by the experts there.
