Default first defense and diskeeper

I know that perfect disk is one of the best defrag software but i wanted to give diskeeper 10 professinoal premier edition a try. I am worried that diskeeper might defrag the files needed by first defense. Does anyone know which particular file needs to put in the exclusion list of diskeeper and how?
