We have been told several times that ZA officials do NOT monitor or react to any forum postings, even their own sponsored forum.

Since the ZASS suite uses KAV so that forum would likely be a better choice.

We have been told several times that ZA officials do NOT monitor or react to any forum postings, even their own sponsored forum.

Since the ZASS suite uses KAV so that forum would likely be a better choice.

Actually the forum moderators do get a hang of what is going on there since they do monitor the forums, along with the gurus giving their input at our hidden forum. They let the contributors and gurus do all the usual troubleshooting work though unless it comes to clarifying a new feature/bug, especially when a release has just been uploaded onto their servers.
