Norton Personal Firewall trouble

Hi there this is my first post to this forum.

Currently for 2 years now I have been using. Norton Personal Firewall along with Norton Antivirus 2004. Very good software I might say, not one virus has ever got past Norton.

My problem is that I can not keep my Norton Firewall to stay on after a reboot. We have been having problems with some family members not keeping the firewall on after the reboot. The config has been pass worded by me to keep them out of it.

The option to have Norton Firewall start up automatically on reboot will not work. When I click the box and click ok. It will not save the option. But, it does safe the other stuff I changed in the other menus.

I hope someone could answer this problem.
