Default license problem need help

i have been to the ewido web site a number of times now requesting then to send me a copy of my license all i get is a message that says license request approved and info sent but i do not recieve anything at all. i had to replace all my programs when lost hard drive i thought i had made a backup of my license but must have missed ewido. posted here in hope's that some one from the ewido team can help. thanks in advance
