How to purchase AntiVir PersonalEdition Premium in USA?
Hello all,
I'm hoping someone can tell me how to purcase AntiVir PersonalEdition Premium in the U.S. Using the "AntiVir Online Shop", the good-old "US of A" does not show up as a valid country to order from. I appologize if this thread is posted in the wrong forum... |

Well according to their forum you are supposed to enter in Germany as the place of your residence. This is totally unacceptable to me. So I emailed them about 3 weeks ago. Still waiting, I guess that they have so much money they do not need sales.

hahaha...sorry for laughing, but this antivir guys are really bad in support matters; Unbelieveable they give a *** about sales. A pity coz their av is fantastic.

I am sure that they would sell more copies of the Premium Edition if they had a trial version for download!
One reason for this is the supposedly better response of the Premium Servers compared to the Classic ones, which is particularly important for those of us restricted to dial-up. From what I can see it is their only product which is not available for trial before buying. |

I am in the U.S. and purchased the Premium version about 5 weeks ago using the instructions in the following link:
