Default Question about KIS and L'N'S Firewalls

I was wondering if this would work. I know you setup rules for cliet \ server for lets say bitlord on port 6881. That means all traffic from that port would pass to the specific program. Now compared that to KIS, would you be able to setup such a rule of setting up just that port for cliet and server? I know that KIS is more like Outpost's rule setup, but never did work with that. I saw some people trying to implement Outpost's filesharing rules like shareaza's into KIS, but that is a long process and I heard bittorrent doesn't work good using rules like that on KIS. So would it be possible to setup a straight rule opening port 6881 for cliet and server while still getting protected by the global rules in KIS?
