Ewido Finding same thing-68 THINGS

    Hi. I am a big fan of Ewido, however, these just do not go away, i was wondering if you could figure out wat is wrong. Here's the list of files:

    have u tried setting ewido to delete them? also they are just cookies, try deleting them from firefox' option dialog box.

    what websites are you revisiting? clearing your cache and cookings, blocking third party cookies, then disabling cookies. will defeat these from coming back

    i think spywaresweeper can easily block those.

    I always set Ewido to delete them, and after the scans, I always delete the Quarantine. Is that the problem maybe?

    And I'd hate to have to re-enter all my log-ins again and again too. Sites I go on are;
    Bravenet.com, Newegg.com, PHPbb Forums (different ones), NZXT. Forum, gmail, download.com, and some other sites.

    Also, what is spyware sweeper? It sounds familiar, but I know what I'm thinking of is Spy Sweeper...

    Yeah, maybe so.
    Funny thing. I usually quarantine em, but I tried not quaranting em and guess what? it actually did work!

    Does anyone know why it would only work if I didn't quarantine them? (srry bout the non-informative reply- on a time limit sorta at the time)

    Also, when I did do that, I had to turn back my FireTune settings, and also had to wait 4like 20min before FF could open a page, then it was pretty much fina again.

    Ewido also finds the tracking cookies over and over again after each scan, even seconds apart from one another. This obviously needs fixed for Firefox users!

    Is Firefox running during the scan? It has to be closed because otherwise it will write the entries to the cookie file again and again...

    Firefox not running during scan, nor between scans also causes the same. I really like Ewido, but the option to ignore cookie files doesn't seem to work so this becomes a big problem with the scanner. Please fix.
