I talked to BB earlier and she said they got the cd I sent them in the mail today. And when BJ gets home he will see if the fix will fix it. ;)

It's great to see you had such fun. The city is just beautiful. Maybe it's because Canada is not that old, but only Quebec et Montreal have beautiful older buildings.

I will agree, Kansas City is a good looking city as far as large cities go. I prefer them a little smaller. But there is a lot to do there and a lot to see.

Where I live now is 40,000. I just wish it had more to do. We have 3 large cities an hour away, so developement seems to pass us by.

Just had a thought. I don't gamble....but I am willing to bet that when Cindy gets back online she will be up all night!

One last update on the Beetles loss of internet situation. They got the disc I sent and ran the repair and it seemed to work but the computer will not hold a DNS setting or a default gateway setting. So we are down to a reformat and restore since the AOL software seems to have corrupted more files than we had hoped. All I can say is that they will be back when they get back:doubt:

    Thanks for the update.
Pity Steve has to reformat. o_O
Hope it won't take too long for them to be back. :'(

:'( This is not good news! I hope they are dumping AOL and going with some one else. I have no idea why, but every time I get email from my friends who have had AOL, I could go have breakfast, shave and shower, come back and still be waiting for it to download. I think BJ and BB could be the last one of my friends who had AOL.

    Thanks
    Wildman

http://bestsmileys.com/signs9/2.gif with the loyalty to AOL !!

I truly hope so too they will get another provider.
Not to mention AOL's service isn't the best and charge you an arm and leg.

    Isn't it so ?! :ouch:

:D :thumb: Yippee, this is more like it. DUMP AOL, I think it safe to say we all want to see you and BB back here and elsewhere and not have to go through this type stuff ever again.

    Thanks

An OT question: Is this AOL Internet Service the same as the Netscape Internet Service, since AOL owns Netscape? And is the Netscape service equally crappy?

    Gee thanks, Nat!
Now, I'll never get him to cut that long hair this spring ...
so I can get MY REAL hubby back

    OK.....OK.......NOW!
its time for the truth to be told! about our little visit to the resturant.

    http://bestsmileys.com/evil/3.gif

That little time to the resturant was such a huge highlight of the trip, wasn't it bigc? [IMG]

I was the poor little innocent victim of alllllllll of big bully bigc's jokes while he was here. [IMG]

Sooooooo.....I was just trying to be the ever so kind and pleasent hostess...
and wanted to show me all of us the most wonderful time.
So, I thought, we could all go to the most outrageous resturant to celebrate my good buddy's birthday! [IMG]

    This picture is soooooooo excellent..

    ..except, you forgot one thing.

The firehttp://bestsmileys.com/evil/9.gif that was shooting out of Curt's eyes when he looked at me from across the table the minute he realised that we he was in for the time of his life.

Everything went just as planned great once I convinced the waitress that Curt was quite a humble and shy fellow. And even though it was his birthday, he wasn't one that liked to brag. So, once Curt got past the embarrassment and I picked myself up off the floorhttp://img116.exs.cx/img116/1231/z7shysterical.gif the show began!!

Curt got his life jacket on, his little straw hat on, and they handed him his little toy zylephone and everyone sat back anticipating his great song.
{It was really nice of the waitress to let him off easy....
usually they make ya ride alittle toy pony around all the tables while everyone claps along.
    Its really such a joyful time! [IMG] }

But, poor Curt was over come with stage fright.....and he just froze. The whole resturant tried to cheer him on with their 'Boos' of encouragment...that didn't help. [IMG]

Curt, I'm just sooooo sorry that I forgot my camerma my video camera So, next time my good friend, you just have that little singing voice allllll warmed up and ready to belt out those notes.
Cause I promise you, my good friend http://bestsmileys.com/evil/3.gif , any day could be your birthday. [IMG]

    luv ya, buddy! [IMG]

Actually it was fun, and the food was pretty good also and plenty of it. The food was good enough to make up for your sheninagans fortunatly. That was a good gotcha, your just lucky i didn't think of it first.:D
