I have the free edition of ewido. When I scan, I continually get a trojan message and at the end of the scan, it is supposedly cleaned.
However, if I run it again straight after, it appears again! I cannot seem to get rid of it, even though it is 'cleaned'. The report I get is as follows: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\windows\currentversion\policies\explorer\run\\wininet.dll->Trojan.small:cleaned with backup the report advises that this is high risk. Does anyone know how to get rid of this permanently? I submitted a request to ewido for an answer, but not even an acknowledgment. Thanks in advance Epsom |

Please reboot Windows in safe-mode. In safe-mode scan again with the ewido anti-malware.

Thank you to the ewido team!
Your advice about re-booting in safe mode was a success and I will recommend ewido and your support team to my friends. Thank you again, Epsom. |
