Question about new Netscape 8.1
The new built-in Spyware scanner that Netscape 8.1 comes with,
"The Netscape Browser provides real time Spyware scanning when you download files from the web. You may also run memory and disk scans for Spyware protection and prevention.", does anyone know if this is a built from scratch Netscape (AOL) product, or is it a renamed AdAware or Syybot, or whatever. http://browser.netscape.com/ns8/ Thank you, Acadia

The Spyware Protection feature of Netscape 8.1 uses the PestPatrol engine, but it is not a full-featured PestPatrol program.
