Installation failed - NOD32 Windows NT/2000/XP - standard component

I've currently buy the commercial version (single license) of NOD32 for WinNT/2k/XP. In contrast of the installation of the trial version the installation of commercial version didn't succeeded and shuts down with alert [(121) NOD32 Windows NT/2000/XP - standard component]. This behaviour is same on two different machines (one real, one vmware) - both are Windows 2000, czech version. ESET, help me, please.

Sorry, the second system is Windows 2000 EN, not CZ.

And now, the trial version installation failed on these machines with the same error too :-((

Did you uninstall the trial version before installing the commerical version? ESET has said that you need to uninstall the trial version before installing the commerical version. You may want to uninstall what on your system and clean your registry and try again to install the commerical version.

Yes I did. I can clean up registry settings,
but I cannot locate apropriate subkey in HKLM
or HKCU. Here is my nsetup.log:

i experience the same problem too.

when i uninstall nod32 v2, than reinstall it, a setup error message said " (121) NOD32 Windows NT/2000/XP - standard component", the same message appear after a few try.

Hi Kodoub,

When you uninstalled v1 did you reboot prior to the fresh install of v2

I too have this problem when I have tried to reinstall V2----I have cleaned out my registry and rebooted--but no luck,still get the 121 error--Any help would be appreciated
