Added MSE 4.0 beta. Surprisingly, it is running well on XP along with PFW.

Probably not, no. But I'll probably also never need my imaging programs, or my on demand scanners that never find anything. I don't even really need D+ as far as that goes. My system is clean, very static, and I'm anal about what I allow onto it.

But I feel better with it. Just in case I get sloppy and allow something I shouldn't, or something nasty finds a way to circumvent D+ in the future, Keyscrambler is there to thwart it's efforts. I also think it strengthens Sandboxie. And any layer that leaves virtually no footprint is a good layer in my book, and KS (Personal is what I use) doesn't.

I LOL'ed so true and as we have always said, nothing is too much for a Wilders as long as the D00d feels fine with it.

I could be wrong about this, but I think KeyScrambler helps to fill a void on my system that exists in KeePass... specifically when a new entry is being added. The main password is well protected, as are all entries that have already been created and are being used to log in, but I am not so sure that the new data is protected by KeePass... but I see KeyScrambler is on the job as I type in the info.

As long as it doesn't bog your computer down anyway. My goal is to feel that I'm safe without compromising performance. My sig may look big, but I have hardly anything running real-time if you notice. And of the 3 I have, 2 leave virtually no footprint at all.

It is funny though. The regulars here, due to their end user know-how, are about the least in need of security software people on the planet. Most of us could get by just fine with nothing more than a NAT router. Maybe a clean image or three just in case.

And the people that could benefit from the software don't use it.

I feel the same way....keyscrambler protects my new data and after that lastpass takes over....awesome duo....

I think KS Personal can strengthen just about any setup. It provides a fail-safe against loggers just in case something goes awry. And with no impact on your Task Manager, or wallet, I figure why not?

I'd say between KeePass & Sandboxie it strengthens your setup quite well.

I've thought before about paying for it. I wonder what kind of impact the Premium version has on system performance? Think I may ask that question in the appropriate thread...

Rock solid firewall and very good HIPS! Antivirus isn't great as Avira or Kaspersky (take a look to latest RAP results) but it's enought for me.
Very light on my old notebook, it uses approx 25megs on idle . I hate Comodo, so I'm using Outpost

Good to know.
I tried DefenseWall and AppGuard together not long ago and they seemed to work fine together too.
May try that combo again soon. (or GesWall and AppGuard)
