Even i don't change my Under Garments so fast...:p "Sorry for Odd Comment"

BTW i guess they'll never find the perfect suite in this lifetime. May be on next birth they'll find a full fledged Security Suite with 101% Detection Rate, Firewall will be 101% hacker proof, 101% Strong Anti-Spam, and with all other features...

This AV will be called "Wilders 360"
"A product invented by 2 Million Researches since AD 2003" :D

You all are requested to kindly test it on your PC's, currently it has 98.6% of Detection Rate. Firewall is 95.6% hacker's proof. Anti-Spam is 97.6% Spam Proof.....:p :D

Prolly never, but I hope I personally will and just test software to see what it can do. MD and HostsMan are keepers for me I believe. Only a better HIPS will get me to change MD. HostsMan is a no-brainer as it provides all the HOSTS at my fingertips with freakin' automatic updating! It's awesome! :D EDIT: Oh right, and how could I forget Hitman Pro - always at top and climbing even higher ever week. OpenDNS stays as long as it evolves and proves itself useful.

Through the very helpful suggestiona of Kees, this is the totally free setup that I'm currently running on both my Vista 32-bit laptop and Vista 64-bit desktop:

    REAL TIME:
Vista UAC with Norton UAC Tool
    Avast! 5 free
Vista Firewall with Windows 7 Firewall Control free
    Sandboxie free
    Keyscrambler free
    WinPatrol free
    Secunia PSI

    ON DEMAND:
    Malwarebytes free
    Hitman Pro

Things seem to be running very fast and securely. I do have one question, though. I found out today that I can get Trend Micro Internet Security 2010 for free through my work. I've read some not so flattering things about that particular suite. But hey, I can get it for nothing. Would I be better off installing that, or keeping the setup I described above?

    Thanks!

You should try Hitman Pro (scan at startup) or Panda Cloud (resident) for light AV setup Konata. Both are super easy to use.

Panda has Cloud technology and has been doing good on BluePoint's tests. Hitman Pro scans with A2, NOD32, Avira, PrevX, and GData all at once.

BTW what is this Live Malware Testing @ Bluepoint Website o_O o_O

I have saw some live streaming but they are very hard to see and understand...What they are doing, what they are running is not clearly visible...And i guess those live stream shows are recorded one.

    @EscapeVelocity
I tried hitman pro on an infected PC.
it does not detect what Avira can detect... why is that?

maybe it does not have Avira's heuristics.

and about CloudAntivirus I dont trust CLOUD technology very much. :doubt:

    If only MAMUTU were FREE.

"The Hitman Pro client uses this research in its Behavioural Scan, when it scans the computer for virus activities or suspicous files that have the characteristics of malware...For the files that are classified as suspicious, the Hitman Pro client sends a request to the Scan Cloud for confirmation if these files are indeed malicious...When the file is unknown, the Hitman Pro client uploads the file to the Scan Cloud where the file is scanned using the anti virus programs of 5 different vendors."
