Default Confused

JC, I have just started using SpywareBlaster at home and at my work place. Man, I do like the package but have noticed a funny thing. When I downloaded the main software, and updates here at home, everything went just fine and the protection is complete. However, when I try that at work, the only items that confirm as protected are the spyware ones and the cookies are not checked nor are they black type. I have checked them, re-done the protect function and still the cookies come up unchecked and still red type. The only major diff from home to work is I have a PII 350mhz Win 98SE system at home and a PIII 450 WIN 95 system at work. I can not see that as a problem. Have any suggestions?
Thanks for the great protection package.
Randy

Hi Randy,

Welcome at Wilders.

The cookie protection in SpywareBlaster only works in IE6.
Since IE6 will not run under Windows 95, I suspect that is the difference.

Regards,

Pieter

Pieter, you are so right. I did not think of that. Thanks for the quick response and I really am enjoying the software. I plan to tell all my friends about it.
Regards
