Default Error Message Running SpywareGuard

I'm running Windows NT. When I start SpywareGuard for the first time or reboot my computer, it runs for about a minute and I get the following error message:

Run-time error '453':
Can't find DLL entry point create Toolhelp32 snapshot in Kernel32

Then I get a message that the program had failed and then SpywareGuard shuts down. The program will not start after this unless I reboot and the whole process starts over again. Can anyone tell me what is going on and how I can fix it?

Default Re:Error Message Running SpywareGuard

I'm getting the same error using NT4.0 workstation with SP6. After the error it will shut down and if I go into the task manager and close the sgbhp.exe service I can run it again but only for a minute and then it errors again.

Any suggestions.
