Default HELP!!

k i didnt know what place to put this on the forum but i need help i dont know if its a virus or what. k so bottom left corner of my desktop a window keeps poping up saying

"Your computer is infected
Windows has detected spyware infection.

k so that keeps poping up every second its getting anoying and i have no idea how to get rid of it. on top of that it keeps installing a program called SpyAxe if someone can plz help me plz and thank you
