SpywareGuard Installation error

apologies if this is addressed elsewhere, but I am trying to install SpywareGuard on a new dell Laptop and about halfway through the installation process I get the error message:

c:|WINDOWS\system32\MSINET.OCX

An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:
DeleteFile failed; code 5.
Access is denied.

Clicking retry simply gets the the same error message again. Grateful for any advice please.
