Default PROBLEM: "unable to load resident protection"

When I stop AMON in CC and try to start AMON again, this message shows up...

After restarting PC, AMON is STARTED?

what do you think?

Most often, you shouldn't have to disable the resident protection (no matter what the installation programs says .

However, during "heavy" file-operations and such, it might be.. "nice".

Loading and unloading drivers can sometimes be troublesome, so the prefered and fast way is to disable the driver instead.

To temporarily disable the resident protection, just deselect the checkbox "Resident module (AMON) enabled", and then select it again when you are done. But, in general, the resident protection should never have to be disabled.

Best regards,
Anders
