How can I have an" update now" apart of the automatic update?

Hi Pieter,

Thanks for trying to help.I am running a trial version.
Whan I click on update I have only on the right part

I have only:Automatic update(automaticaly checked)
Under:
Abort
and under:
Setup

Nothing that looks like your print screen and nowhere to find a command update now or so

Hi Claire,

I never trialled, so I donīt know if this is something that is missing in the trial version, but I get the righthand-screen when I leftclick the word update in the lefthand-screen.

Whan I click on the left screen on update nothing happensI only get the screen I described to you

Or is the" update now" non available on the trial version?

Anyway the automatic update does not seem to work on my version.I only have the448 instead of the last one
Any solution to get the update now?

a screenshot?I don't have any software for it(I think)

"file too large" so I cannot get the full pic with the right screen

Thanks for your help and patience Paul.I won't bother you further and look for an other AV unless you know a place were I can download version 1.

You will be able to resize it/turn it into a .gif file using the freeware IrfanView niftey app. Comes in handy anyway

Claire, hold your horses you still can grab a copy from V1 from our downloads page. Make sure to get rid of all existing V2 remnants before installing.

Then again: why not installing IrfanView, posting a resized .gif screen shot, and let's see if we can tackle your problem?

Must have been a bug because when I opened NOD32
this morning The update now button was available
