nod32 kernel service error

Trying trial version 2.When I try to run the command center i get the error message "error occured during communication with nod32 kernal service"...Anyone know a remedy?

Did you have any.. "security related" programs running while installing? (Programs that might be preventing adding stuff to start automatically, etc)

I'd try uninstalling, rebooting, then reinstalling, having as few other programs loaded during the installation, and making sure to reboot when the installation is done.
