port is 6112 to 6119.

Hi,
I have the rules for WAR3 made by others.But I didn't know exactly how it works.And I didn't know whether it was correct for doing just what it should do.I didn't know why there are two rules for one game , why not combine them .The rules imported if I need the connection for game and it work well.
You can take a reference from the attached picture.
If some suggestions , I do appreciate for it.
