Unable to install new version

Re: SpywareBlaster 3.4 released!

I've been using SpywareBlaster v3.2 but saw the information about the update last night. When I tried to uninstall the older version as instructed, I received the following error message:

*red circle w/white x inside*(graphic image)

the uninstall log file"C:\program Files\spywareBlaster\unins000.dat" is in a format not recognized by this version of the installer. Cannot uninstall.

I searched the knowledge base, but did not find any problems like this one. I'd really appreciate any help.

 

Most of the time that can only be resolved by re-installing the older version....then un-installing that version before installing the newest version. By chance do you still have the older version ?
