I need help to get rid of this worm w32.Alcra.B

i have it and have run all my "defenders" and still no luck. it seem as if this worm is here to stay well i don't need it here in my pc so can somebody help me plz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i need ur help right now, i don't really know much about the pc but i am a quick learner. help!!!!!! help!!!!!!! help!!!!!!!!!!
