Default LSA Shell

I seem to have LSA Shell (export) on my P.C. and would like to remove it. Thanks to Zone Alarm and P.Guard I have been able to control it (I think).
Any ideas please

LSA Shell (Export Version) == lsass.exe.

"The LSA is the "Local Security Authority" on Windows; it supports account rights and privileges, and user profiles."....are you sure you want to control it
