Yes they are.. I don't know why some like PestPatrol insist on detecting them as adware. All FreshDevices does is make you go through a free registration process and load their website up with ads. The ads are not deceptive, however, and it's very clear what's what. The software itself will expire after a regular trial period if you don't register, but the registration is totally free, and they don't sell your email address to spammers. They make good stuff, too

I agree with Notok. They produce some very useful software and I've not seen any problems related to any of their stuff. Highly recommended.
