Hello everybody !

accept Listen UDP Ports TCP/IP listening datagrams
accept Listen TCP Ports TCP/IP listening port

Are this rules dangerous or not ?

Hi
I suppose the rules are only as dangerous as the apps you allow to use them.
Default rulesets within firewalls are allways for ease of use rather than for the best security, and can allways be tightend. (as with the DNS rules which should be made with the IP address of your DNS server)
Myself on a W2K system, changed these "listen rules" to allow only firefox access, and moved them to the web browser ruleset (they are used by firefox to listen for localhost loopback)
