Default Bad media (E00070004) to NAS

Hello

I have one server that persist in giving Bad Media error message. I have emailed the techsuppor with my problem.

But I'm interested in if some one else have had this problem and if they managed to sort it out.

What really annoy me is the fact I have to log on to the computer and click ok in the box before any more backups are done which really isn't good. Is there away to make the software kill a task after xx time or just start a new schedule task when it suppose to start?

Just noticed there is a new build up for Enterprise server but I doesn't seem to get that kind of information emailed to me, I do get product information about other new products

Any way better wait and see what techsupport comes back with.

Hello Jumping,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

Please note that we notify of a new build only if it has the significant fixes.

Also please let me know your Acronis request # which was sent to you in autoreply to your letter to Acronis Support Team.

Thank you.

Hello Irina

My request information is [Acronis #401022]

Ok so if I understand you correctly it would have to be a MAJOR update like from True Image 8 --> 9 before you get notified on updates? I would like to get notified on any updates released for my purchased products Enterprise Server and Corporate Workstation. I might not have any problems etc but it would still be good to know that there is a new release out and what it fixed because I might need it tomorrow.

Thanks
Kim

Hello Jumping,

I will certainly forward your request about notification to the appropriate person.

I have found your letter. Could you please clarify me what build of Acronis True Image 8.0 Enterpise Server you use? Please note that the latest build is 1201.

Thank you.
