USB flash not showing up

USB flash pen "SanDisk 128Mb" won't autostart and its icon is not showing on "my computer" But I can hear the sound when it is connected/disconnected. Any help please

what OS? if its Win 9x you'll need the drivers. If you have them, re-instal them in device manager

OS: XP-SP2 fully updated
it used to work. No driver nedded for "SanDisk"
it lights up when pluged with usual sound
It works on local library computers
I brought another identical one and it works on my computer(autostart, Icon and sound)

Also I can access it after I downloaded
Microsoft USB Flash Drive Manager (Standard)
