Win2k Pro and User Account Help needed?

How do I enable MRUB to execute under Win2K Pro User accounts?

Background:
Win2k Pro with updates as of 6/27/03
MRUB 1.5 with Database update 4/28/03 and Plugins enabled

Installed MRUB with Win2k Administrator account and it seems to work fine. However, when executed from a User account MRUB starts up with no errors and does not appear to clean User account data.
