Question unable to mount an archive of ext2, ext3

Paragon Backup & Recovery 2012, Free:

I am unable to mount any archive of ext2 or ext3 partition. After I try to "Assign a drive letter" this error message is shown:
Code:
Operation failed Unsupported format. Error source: UniversalImageMounter Error code: 0xe000002d

My system:
Windows XP SP3 Pro
Paragon Backup & Recovery™, version 10.1.19.15786 (28.05.12 ) Free

A note:
This problem happens even if the partition was created by Paragon B&R, and so I think it is not caused by http://kb.paragon-software.com/parag...8115&foLang=en

The questions:
Is this problem caused just by ext2/ext3 format, or it may be caused by another reason?
Do all Paragon versions behave this way?
