Default Does AntiNod32 affect NOD 3.0?

Ok I know the AntiNod32 code was added to the virus definitions a long time ago so it's detected and prevented from running. But did the move to NOD32 3.0 actually improve how NOD32 runs so the registry trick to disable NOD32 doesn't work anymore?

Can anybody from the ESET team can confirm this?

PS: If I could find where I put my VM DVD, I would simply run it and see. If I do find that DVD, I'll post the results here.

PPS: AntiNod32 was previously mentioned at: http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=168890
