Had to re-install for Tech Support.................It downloaded and installed Build 8.0.2.27!

I'm happy to say that the backup and sync feature are now working and the Web Console says I'm using SecureAnywhere Complete, however I can't figure out how to enable the password feature. TIA for any help.
