Default Migrating from Version 4 to 5

Hi,

I currently have ESET Remote admin server version 4 and clients with ESS Version 4. The ERAS is a Win 2008 R2. We got 175 workstations connected to this server atm.

The server running ERAS is running out of disk space and are forcing me to migrate. Instead of migrating a version 4 to version 4 I was wondering if someone have experience migrating from 4 directly to 5?

I was first thinking of migrating, then upgrading from 4 to 5 but it feels like more work then needed.

Anyone have a good suggestion of a "best practise" to do this operation?

Thanks in advance!

/Johan

Default Re: Migrating from Version 4 to 5

My recommendation would be to upgrade ERA to the latest version and then upgrade the workstations to the latest version of ESET Endpoint Security.

1. How do I upgrade ESET Remote Administrator to the latest version?

2. How do I use ESET Remote Administrator to upgrade ESET security products on client workstations?
